According to the company the water based sealers now offer stain protection and inhibit the growth of stain- and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew on porous natural stone, tile, masonry and grout surfaces. Stonetech products aim to protect and darken, or add shine and restoration to scratched or stained surfaces.
