Wilsonart CFO Resigns

Wolf Lehmann resigned as chief financial officer of Wilsonart International effective May 31 to pursue other business opportunities. Lehmann was instrumental in leading the financial separation of Wilsonart from ITW over the past 18 months, helping drive the establishment of a standalone infrastructure and several other initiatives. The company’s current global controller, Lloyd George, will act as interim CFO until a replacement is hired. An executive search for a new CFO is currently underway, and Lehmann has agreed to spend time with the new CFO to ensure a smooth transition.
