Video Guide for Fabricating and Installing Porcelain Slabs

This video is from Caesarstone’s Master of Stone education series which the company makes available to hard surface fabricators for free in an effort to promote safety. The company’s online “Training Center” is a learning platform, dedicated to making information and working guidelines accessible to fabricators worldwide.

This video is about 20 minutes long and gives a solid overview of the various processes involved in working professionally with porcelain. It includes segments on prefabrication preparations, including inspections; machine cutting guidelines and properly planning the cutting; manual cutting guidelines; the transportation of fabricated slabs; proper installation; overhangs and islands; and post-installation considerations.
