Seieffe Corporation introduced its new Pietre Preziose Collection of Okite quartz surfacing, inspired by the look of onyx. This new quartz surfacing has a translucency that allows light to move through the surface creating a dramatic look. It is suitable for such applications as countertops, wall cladding, partitions and other indoor applications. It is comes in 5/8-in. thickness in three standard colors: red, white and yellow (as show here). It is also available for large projects in custom colors. Slab are 120 by 55 in., and it is a LEED contributing product.
