Here is a great instructional countertop video related to laminate countertop fabrication. This one is put out by laminate giant LE Smith in Indiana, which shows how they put a beveled edge onto their laminate tops. One interesting aspect is the use of microwaves as a heating element to activate the adhesive for bonding.
