Braxton-Bragg Employees Rally in the Fight Against Breast Cancer

Many Braxton-Bragg employees and family members have recently battled cancer, and they wanted to do something to help those in their community who are struggling with the disease. So, the company supported them by becoming a gold sponsor, and the employees formed a team of more than 40 to participate in the October 21  Susan G. Komen East Tennessee Race for the Cure. The annual race raises funds to provide breast cancer education and breast health services to 24 surrounding counties in the Knoxville and Tri-Cities regions.

In addition to the gold sponsorship, the employee team has reached just shy of $10,000, and is still fundraising. Supporting research and services in preventative care for breast cancer is important in the community and Braxton-Bragg was honored to be included in this year’s Race for the Cure.
